An XL scenario with 8 wizards fighting to destroy a Human Empire. New wizards and lots of heroes willing to bring down to an end the Empire.

Rqr. patch v1.4 + Wizards&Heroes2.

In the center of the map is infamous Silver City laying in the lake of Mist.

Humans are independent and destroying each of their capital defenses bring you a valuable item or two with lots of resourses wich has to be defended.
Reseources are scarce (ok, not that much), but you'l find your self always in need of them (or is always like that:)
Every race has one ultimate artifac on their territory.
On the other way, heroes should not be a problem cause they want to join you on every step in every tavern or inn.
Getting to silver city can be a little prob. Only way is by river wich is garded by Empire boats.Some sea monsters are also presented there.
Best way is taking two boats full with army and scouting the area before that with some flying scout.
There is possibility of finding a ballon and make a quck cross.
Know that all human cities are heavily gurded especially Silver city.

1. Copy file "Silver lake v0.8.ahm" to folder "../Scenario/Custom/".
2. Ensure that you have installed "Wizards&Heroes2" mod.
3. Ensure that you don't use Custom Resources.

This is my first scenario and i think is not fully balanced. So if you encounter any problems please post it so i can make Final release THX. and have fun.

Webusver It's a nice scenario made with great fantasy. But there are some things that disbalance it. Due to large quantities of neutral monsters some AI wizards die during first turns.
I'd also add some scripts...

I wish you to make a great map out of this!

Yea I see that disbalance, thanks. As for wizards i am gonna do rebalace again. Probably decrese numbers of wondering army's. Final terrain eye candy for whole scenario, and in the end make covering with scripts (im still fighting with scripts). I use "nordic star" and some other scenarios scripts as a guide to help me make the story copmlete.
sausud I took a look at your map and would like to say that the map design is fabulous. The variations in the terrain are real nice and there is proper fusion in them. The map is filled to the brim ( I too like to do the same, so does the Groll.) Too bad the map does not have any actionscript. I havent played the map yet but I definately expect this one to be a superhit. Way to go orionneon!! You are definately a good mapmaker!
This is indeed a very impressive map and you show great skill in map-painting. I can't see any previous submissions of you, but it looks like a very ambitious map for a first try. Good persistence to polish it up like you did!

I particularly like the way you have used the fx's in your map. There are a lot of inspiring areas.

As for balance, it is very hard to say with this map, because it is large. I do think the Dwarven player will have a harder time compared to the others (underground, with dead ends, etc: Less freedom, in combination with slow units)

I hope a next map will explore your mapmaking skills beyond the painting of terrain. Get more into storyline, events, and try and integrate that with the terrain, for example. Give your map a history and make people feel it when they are playing! This doesn't mean story-lines, but a setting!

For example, a sign that says: these mountains are called The Scales because long ago a Dragon lost... blablabla. And then when people read that and have a battle, they would call it the Battle of the Scales.

First, thanks for compliments and pointing me to some errors that i made.

Version 0.8 that is posted is tragicaly bad. It happen to me when i tested it.I was played orcs and suddenly after 4-5 turns I find my wizard surrounded in tower by Aincent Dragon & Phoenix :) (reason:i was not sure what "army prop" exactly were doing, so i leave it on auto:)
Now everything is corrected.

I'm always short with the time, but i just want to finish this map right.

So in the next 0.9ver is coming soon. Final terrain look and complete rebalancing.

And in the and for fin. ver1.0 is coming script cover and complete story line including sing's:) , prologue (as you can see the main Quest idea is in map description)
Leave what takes you most of a time for the end.
