Basic Quests - Spirit Quests

A quest involves two type of events - the "Spirit Quest" event and the "Spirit Quest Control" event. Below are the scripts that will allow you to create a simple quest.

-THE SPIRIT QUEST EVENT-

This event controls the following:

• which deity pops up
• what message is shown
• what goes into your quest logbook
• the place where the actual quest takes place

Type: Spirit Quest
Name: (any name you like)
Activate: Once

Player: {trigger player}
Spirit: (You can decide whose face to appear here)
Message: (This what goes into the event list)
QuestName: (The quest's name that goes into the logbook)
QuestID: 1 (give a number)
AutoReward: True (computer gives player a reward, or you configure your own reward)
QuestXYL: (Where to centre on)
Difficulty: (Difficulty of the quest)

Trigger: (This decides what cause the quest to happen)

-SPIRIT QUEST CONTROL EVENT-

This holds the conditions of the quest (under trigger). You have to enter the correct QuestID to get the quest working. You can also use this event to set under what events will the quest fail...
