Not bad for a first map! I can imagine you had fun trying out different things. A few new heroes here, some items there, and even some events!
The terrain overall is ok. Some areas I like but some are just functional.
I would suggest to be a bit more hesitant placing that many recruitment structures. It may look good, but it allows a player to rapidly get a powerful strike force and take out AI players. AI-players, unfortunately, cannot recruit from these structures and are even more at a disadvantage. I always place AI blocks on those for that reason as well.
For the rest, keep them coming! I look forward to seeing your maps getting better and better!

Too many indepedent attackers at first. They are not much fun to kill 2 or 3 at a time when there are 5 groups or more in one turn.
It me 124 turns to kill the two enemies with one race as an alley.
Would be more of a challenge without the ability to alley.
Some interesting mix of terrain.

Decent! Good mix of ground level and underground.
It is all in German, so I have to rate it low as an English language player.
Many recruitment structures had few or weak members in them. So they did not give much advantage, plus not that many cities for Drackoians at first to afford any help.
