This map is intended as a 4 Player free-for-all map.

DONT LOOK AT THE MINI-MAPS TOO CLOSE; YOU WILL RUIN THE FUN OF THE MAP!!

The goal is to reach a point on the map and retrieve some herb that needs to be brought back to the beginning. The second win condition would be to kill the competing wizards, but this is only possible after the first player reached the fungalistic herb.

Dos and Don'ts:

# Don't try to kill your opponents right after turn one ;) The other players will be the only profiting..
# Resources are rare on this map! Consider this when upgrading your city/ buying new units. There will be more units to hire than you will have money to spend... that will change the way you play AoW:SM in a more strategic manner.
# Don't dispair if all your armies get killed: every players has the "resurrect hero" spell from the beginning and there are plenty of units to buy. The lower upkeep will let you gain on the other player quickly.
# There are several ways to reach the fungalistic herb. Find them!

A fun twist on the game. No issues with ability to play found.

Balance: 4
I cranked AI to Emperor. However, they dont' understand the objective. So as single player it is mostly an explore game.

Creativity: 5
Good use of shadow chasms to break up path to the goal.

Map Design: 5
An interesting mix of terrian and choices.

Story/Instructions: 4
Only confusion was I expected to actually trigger a win condition upon getting the herb to the Emperor.

Additional Comments:

You might want to spawn some sort of physical item that is the herb to the first one that finds it. Really make it a rush. Then the others would have to kill the messenger to prevent the victory. A little like capture THE flag.
