Porky was the Orc everyone made fun of growing up. He was a little chubbier than most, which earned him his nick name Porky. In fact, no one remembered his real name anymore, not even him...

Mom and Dad were typical Orc parents, cruel, and demanding. Porky was doing slave labour from the time he was old enough to lift up a club!

Porky was dumb (even by Orc standards), but that didn't stop him from having a strong sense of pride. After one particularly humiliating day coming home from school (math was a particularly important subject for growing orcs - history is replete with orcs miscalculating the enemies strength because they couldn't count their numbers properly!) Porky decided he had enough!

On that day, he was ambushed by a bunch of his classmates, pelting him with ripe red cherries. Sweet and sticky cherries... the juices from the impact oozed down his face.

He would have preferred a raspberry.

"I'll show them!" Porky swore to himself and continued walking home, head bent in humiliation and smoke rising out from his ears.

That day...Porky realized the only way to get respect was to do something the other orcs only talked about doing but had never dared to do.

He was going to find the Giant's cave and come back with a sac of gold over his back and the fabled Giant's Girdle in hand. He was going to show the whole village who Porky really was!

And he was going to start this journey tomorrow!

A lot more time has been spent on playing around with the modding tools than creating the map, which is downright ugly. It's also way too easy to win, since there is no enemy to fight....

However, the story is kind of fun and there are even wizard descriptions.

If some more time had been spent on decorating the map and adding some enemies, this map might have been playable.

Playability: 3
Do to the very few units involved, it's easy and fast to play and try again when necessary.

Balance: 3
The map seems balanced, but essentialy a clockwork, se below.

Creativity: 3
The idea of the scenario is great, but you loose all the appeal after a couple of turns, due to the flatness of the map.

Map Design: 1
Design is very poor, just one road to go and no way other.

Story/Instructions: 3
It's not fine to say but the story is much more interesting than the effective game, at least for me.

Additional Comments:
The good idea behind the map, the solitary travel of a little ork is really attractive. Too bad it vanishes soon. If you wanna design a clockwork game at lest it should be reach in events and details.

Let me repeat, the original idea is very appealing, but devserves more effort and design.
