Map is unfinished and probably will never be finished. I started it back when the game released and I've been on and off it across the years. I don't think I will ever finish it (because of how much the event editor frustrates me), but I don't want all my effort to go to waste, so I'm publishing as it is now. Hopefuly it will be enjoyable enough for you!

The entire world is in disarray. All of it at the same time!
The human empire tries to hold itself together, all the while the orcish horde that destroyed it decides it doesn't like to have just one warchief.
The invincible halflings panic while they watch the humans fall, and wonder if their republic and president-for-life are good enough to fight against the hordes.
On the other side of the world, the dwarves ignited their Great Forge, causing an ecological catastrophe that split the elves in half.

And while all that happens, the archons watch. Hidden somewhere in the depths of the earth, they ponder if it might not be time to step back into the world and purge it all once again.

<List of starting races>
Humans, halflings, orcs, dwarves, elves, dark elves, nomads.

Races are fixed, but wizards are not. You can customize them if you don't like how whacky/OP/weak they are.

- 7 races to choose from, each with their own unique regional advantages and disadvantages!
- Custom events dotted across (most) of the map and for (most) of the factions!
- About a hundred heroes with custom descriptions. (Because someone is a maniac who wanted the world to be consistent!)
- All items remade from scratch! (Except the icons, of course. The maniac wanted a custom map, not a custom mod.)
- Refined landscapes that were worked on for like a decade! (We do not hold ourselves responsible for any lack of quality on any given tile. All purchases are final!)
- Way more text than is strictly needed! (Did we mention the maniac?)
- Humor! (Danger of tired pop-cultural references. If you see any, please report it and kill it with fire.)
- Sudden over-the-top seriousness! (We can't explain this one.)
- A map that does not have one city every eight tiles (wait, is that really a feature?)
- Guaranteed to last over a hundred turns! Heck, it might last all the way to three hunded! (Don't finish it all in one sitting.)

<Additional info>

1) The humans, halflings and orcs are the most fleshed out factions. That is, they have the most events related to them.
2) Dwarves, nomads, elves and dark elves do have events but many of them may be broken or unfinished.
3) Humans start in a very weak position, so they start with tier 3 units and a hero already hired. Addendum: if played by the AI, don't be surprised if they are defeated before turn 30.
4) All other races have to hire a hero by normal means or by finding them in one of the mercenary campsites near or in their starting land.
5) Orcs and dwarves are probably the easiest races because of their seclusion.
6) Win conditions are defeating all other wizards (obviously) or conquering the hidden archon city, the Archonthis Citadel. This was done mostly because of how long the game can get. The AI will never attack this city unless you attack it first.
7) I'm not a good player, so Emperor level AI beats me like a ragdoll. Can't tell you how balanced the scenario is. But DO watch out for the ORCS!

That's all. Enjoy the map and I apologize in advance!
