This is a very pretty map, and I did enjoy playing it for single-player. People that want a strong storyline in their single player maps might be a little disappointed to find no story, but that was not a big issue for me. Definitely not ideal for a multi-player map, for various reasons.
Firstly there are some enormously powerful items available. Much as I like having a hero with spell casting 255 (1,280 casting points), marksmanship 50 (hurl firebomb can kill a glutton and two supporting units in one hit when firing over city walls) and healing 7, it could make a multiplayer game quite unbalanced.
Because a lot of recruitment sites are unguarded, and a lot of them tend to be grouped in one area, it is quite easy in one turn to purchase a unit from one recruitment site, move it to another recruitment site, buy another unit there, move it to another recruitment site, purchase another - etc. So it is possible to recruit a very large army, very quickly. This is quite bad around the green starting position (108,15,0) but is made worse in the area where the goblins emerge from the caverns (16,78,0) by also having a number of units set to refuge.
There are routes through the shadow world that make it easy to traverse the map very quickly.
Overall I would still recommend this map highly, as it is very pretty and there are some original ideas that have been implemented.
It could be made better with a few simple steps, such as putting guards (and AI blocks) on recruitment sites.
A classic single player map would have a strong storyline, and probably RPG elements too. This map has neither. A classic multiplayer map will usually be carefully balanced through extensive play-testing, and this map is not. However, the superb map decoration suggests that this is definitely a talented mapmaker, and I look forward to trying more of your maps in future.

From a single player prespective the game is playable but very easy as is.
Too easy to get really over the top powerful items. AIs are two fractured to provide resistance.
Some unqiue items that probably should be toned down just a notch or two.

Nice use of all three levels with need for water and air to more around.
As noted there aren't any.
This could be made a good single player game by dropping a couple of the AIs and beefing up the ones that remain. Plus implement the comments from Roger.
