This is designed around 3 human players(required) vs 3 AIs (with one overpoweringly strong AI in coop play. It is also designed to be very difficult so quick battling may not give you the best results in city or tower defense battles.
This is a first map, but contains some interesting scripting, custom heroes,and custom items, along with a good story.
The underground is admittedly sparse and needs sprucing up, but it doesn't detract from game play. The map has been play tested fully through twice, so is hopefully bug free.
It's a little narrow (requiring 3 humans) and very long, but I play with two friends all the time and this was an attempt to recreate a good COOP map on the order of Walker or AthendoreII in terms of difficulty.
Map is password protected and game doesn't load in v14!
Please update your description of the file. You may also want to explain how users have to deal with the mod that comes with it.

They need to put the folder called "Vale" into the \User\Resources folder, then they need to open AoWSMSetup and select "Vale" from the dropdown list of available custom resources.
I did try playing the map, but I became bored with it after about 50 turns. This is not really a criticism of the map, it is more to do with the fact that it is quite similar to UPatch 1.4 and I am used to playing mods where units morph and develop, and going back to UPatch 1.4 just seems really boring to me now compared to Brave New World mod.
As far as I can tell, the mod has removed mastery and storm spells but is still UPatch 1.4 in essence. I did like the hero that looked like a centaur, and the hero that looked like a pixie entangler. It has quite a good storyline. All heroes that join you are controlled by events.
I felt that a lot of areas of the map could have done with more decoration. The zig zag line of shadowland mountains going right across the map was a little boring. Having other enemy units spawned apart from crushers and flyers would have been nice. It was a bit weird to have messages popping up saying things like "Counter Message - Counter 5" and "Counter 20 in reset - Counter 5".
I would rate the skill level that would be needed to play the parts of the map that I have encountered so far as being fairly low.
Anyway, please don't let the fact that I love BNW 3.2 so much discourage you from trying out this map yourself!

I have been enjoyng your for almost a week now (don't have much spare time left) and I am still enjoying it. Looking forward to meet The Harbinger. By the way, where did you get this name from?
The mapmaker's comment "don't know if it is winnable as a single-player" has still not been refuted. After a flawless campaign from round 1 to round 140 I was overwhelmed by the dreadful "The Harbinger". I will now play again together with a friend. Maybe as a team we will have more luck. Best map of my life!

It is a really slow start. You really need to play all three races with human players to have any chance.
So resource restricted that it is not really fair. The uber Harbringer hero is a little over the top. Then the Vale is all in need of repair. The final chock points are only forts and in the domain of the enemy so they really can't hold.
I liked the concept.
Map Design: 4
A little basic in many areas.
Strong story and instructions. Some of the key elments could be made into long term quests to help understand and remember them. Even though I did not last long enough to try them out.
Has potential but I think it needs rebalancing to give the human players a chance.
I replayed from before I triggered Harbringer, but never triggered him the second time. Is there only one trigger?

it's true you need all three players being human to have a chance against Harbinger. We are three friends playing this scenario over internet for more than two weeks now. We are in round 205 and finally we see a way to bring down Harbinger. We still haven't finshed, yet.
