AoW Player of the Year Posted by Angel Nojd @ 7:11 PM Napoleon reports from The Battlefield that they're running a vote for the AoW Player of the Year! The-Battlefield.com is an online community which offers rankings, tourneys and leagues for strategy games, including the Age of Wonders series. Members of the their site can now submit their vote, and the candidates for the title are: Sobotai, JME, Blackcat, Gandalf_DK, Kraka-Tur and Lord-Kolusar! The voting takes place in their forum.

As a result, the Houserules have been updated and a lot of people became a lot wiser… Don’t miss it and read all about it here! AoW-HG also started a new tradition: the seasonal compliment! A time to express your admiration or interest in certain forummers! It’s developing into a huge embarrassing group hug, so please remember it might ALSO be just about having plain interest in that interview!
Server Outage - Friday Dec. 10th Posted by Daidalos @ 5:49 PM Both the main HG server (*.heavengames.com) and the downloads server (files.heavengames.com) will be out for around an hour this Friday to facilitate an ISP-scheduled upgrade to the server. Please note the servers will be down at different times during the day.
The HG Downloads System (HGDL 0.5+) will be down beginning at 8:00 am and will be up by 3:00 pm EST. Sorry for the inconvience. |
